Know Slavery LMS - Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the way that we supply eLearning products to you and your business. Please read them carefully before purchasing any of our e-learning modules.

By purchasing any of our eLearning modules, including our custom packages, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Access to the Know Slavery eLearning modules (‘eLearning modules’) is a single-use. Users may complete individual modules over multiple sittings, but once completed users will not be able to repeat individual modules unless otherwise agreed.

  2. Course enrolment is non-transferable and login details for enrolment may not be issued to any other user.

  3. Course content and materials are provided online and are available for viewing in the online module only. They may not be downloaded unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  4. Course materials, content and assessment are subject to change at any time.

  5. SD Strategies reserves the right to review and change the pricing of our modules. This will not affect products that have already been purchased.

  6. Course materials are provided online via our Learning Management System (LMS) 24/7 or via alternative means where otherwise negotiated. The eLearning site may occasionally be unavailable during scheduled maintenance. In the event that our eLearning system becomes unavailable, course materials will be provided by another mode of delivery where possible.

  7. Access to the modules is granted on a per-user basis, meaning that multiple users cannot access materials using a single enrolment.

  8. Content may not be used for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

  9. Enrolment is complete when the user is issued with a username and password for the online learning module/s.

  10. Users who fail to complete a module will not be eligible for a refund.

  11. The training material contained in all eLearning modules is the property of SD Strategies unless otherwise agreed expressly in writing.

  12. Users may not copy, share, modify, transmit, distribute, or in any way, exploit the materials provided by SD Strategies other than for their own individual training. Use for any other purpose is expressly prohibited.

  13. Users may not permit anyone else to copy, share, modify, transmit, distribute, or in any way, exploit the materials provided by SD Strategies.

  14. The materials provided are provided without warranties of any kind of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or legal responsibilities.

  15. SD Strategies makes no warranty of the accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of information provided by third parties in any hyperlinks or third-party content featured in the modules.

  16. Where a user fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, SD Strategies reserves the right to take all or any of the following action:

    1. immediate, temporary or permanent cancellation of enrolment without a refund;

    2. issue a warning to a user;

    3. take legal action for the breach, including reimbursement of all costs resulting from the breach.
