Module overview

This module provides an overview of grievance and remedy processes in a business context. This includes having in place grievance mechanisms that enable companies to hear complaints about modern slavery.

Target Audience

It is targeted staff including the Board, senior management and teams responsible for managing grievance and remedy processes such as legal, compliance, risk, governance and others.
